what are the prices for some of the foreclosures?
Right now mostly on the lower end 300-500k but I’m seeing an average of about 2-3 new bank owned homes in South Lake Tahoe come on the market each week. The properties that are well priced go within days. The best way to zero in on bank owned is to let your realtor know your criteria and be ready to submit an offer when a match comes on the market. Most realtors have a REO prospect in their back pocket ready to go.
