The Experts Confirm:

1) March 12, 2009-Average 30 Year Mortgage Rate Falls to 5.03%

Freddie Mac said the rate fell to 5.03%.

2) March 31, 2009-January Home Prices Fall a Record 19% on Year

Home prices in the nation’s largest metropolitan areas fell by a record year-over-year amount in January, the S&P/Case-Shiller Index reported on Tuesday, with the Sunbelt areas continuing to take the brunt of the deterioration.

3) April 1, 2009-Fox’s Dave Ramsey Reports ”Now is the best time to buy a house in 50 years”.

NAR Reports Pending homes sales increased 2.1% in February
